I know the whole point of Christmas is not how many giflts you get, but ya know. Just once it would be nice if people put forth some effort.

Anyone on my gift list doesn't have to worry. They will get something they like. I got a knack for buying gifts, what can I say.

However, no one can ever seem to do the same for me.

Example:

Mom - What do you want for Christmas?  Hello! We live under the same freaking roof! (Yes, I know how old I am people. Back off. I was ready to move out when my dad passed away. Mom wouldn't have made it on her own.) You mean to tell me you can't come up with ONE idea of what I like?

My Uncle: He sent me a gift certificate for Red Lobster. A nice gift indeed. Minor detail, I HATE SEAFOOD!!

Now I was brought up to be thankful for what you got because you didn't have to get anything. Sometimes I don't know if that's not a better option.
