Monday night I find out that my sons uncle is in on life support, in a coma, after being jumped from behind by some friggin coward. The family finally made the decision NOT to take him off of life support because he is now showing some signs (opening his eyes to stimulation)
Then I run into my sons father whom I have not laid eyes on in 3 years. (for very good reasons)
Then tonight, not only do I see him again at his sisters house, while we were there my nephews Pitbull flipped out, and bit my son. He has one slightly deep puncture wound, but other than that he was VERY lucky. I snatched that damn dog by his halter and controled him. My sons dad, who has been absent for 3 years, snatches this dog, takes him into the alley, and from what i was told, the dog never returned home. We believe he killed this dog. (see why it's been 3 years?) My son and I are avid animal lovers, and we know the dog did not deserve to be hit, or killed. My son is ok, thank God, but I cringe when I think about...what if I had not been RIGHT THERE???? Now the ASPCA had been called on this dog already...3 times. I know they would have put him to sleep. The whole situation is just...well FUBAR...
I am just now going to keep praying that my sons uncle Brian makes some sort of recovery, the Dr. says he will never walk or talk again, but I have hope. I'm praying that next week will be a better week.
