Poetry in Motion's blog: "Bad habits"

I have a HORRIBLE habit of biting my nails... I do it when Im nervous, when Im stressed, hell I do it without even realizing Im doing it... and I really dont know how to stop... it kinda sucks really

I've tried putting stuff on my nails that tastes bad but I still bite them... I've tried fake nails but they do no good... I dont bite those but they ruin the real nails underneath

any suggestionsfor something that might help me not do this anymore... I would REALLY like to have some nice pretty nails lol
