Bacon and Rye Balls
1 pound bacon
1 (8- oz.) package softened cream cheese
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 cup fine rye bread crumbs
2 teaspoon finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3/4 - 1 cup chopped parsley
Cook bacon until crisp, drain and crumble. Combine bacon, cream cheese,milk, bread crumbs, onion and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Chill 2 hours and shape into 1 inch balls. Roll each in parsley.
Yields: 2 dozen
