Whatever happened to the old days when you could hop on a motorcycle and ride it as long as you had a valid drivers license and insurance? Nowadays you have to have a fucking license to drive one. You gotta have a fucking license to do anything. Gotta have one to fish, drive a car or bike, build a shed on your own land, do improvements on your house, carry a gun, sell beer, run a business, etc. etc. BUT Any dumbass can have a kid. I think you should have to have a license to have a fucking kid. Who wants two inbred, crack head, homicidal maniacs to have a kid to grow up and carry on the family tradition? Ought to be a law!!!!!
