So my sister had her baby today. She went into the hospital yesterday morning in preterm labor and they were trying to stop it. She was only 30 1/2wks and wasn't supposed to have him until 36wks. She was going to be having a c-secion early because he had a birth defect called gastroschisis. So needless to say their best efforts to stop the labor didn't work and her water broke at 6:30 this morning and then delivered at 12:07pm. They haven't measure his length yet, but he weighed 2lbs 10oz and is doing well. Mom is also doing good, but could be better if she were allowed to hold her brand new, first, baby. But congrats to the new Mommy and Daddy!!!
