| My baby's mom was extremely lazy when we were together. Didnt want to cook, clean, or nothing! At the time I was paying all her bills and she's trying to get back together. I have told her several times no its not going to happen and its been confirmed by others that she tries to hold him over my head. Just the other day her grandpa told me I know why you arent with her and telling me she gets mad at him really easy about the little stuff. My question is should I shell out the money to take her to court for custody knowing I'm probably not going to win or let it be and keep doing what I have to do. Buying diapers, wipes, and every lil thing she has asked me for. Keep in mind at the moment I get him daily for about half the day and if I take her court I might lose some of the visitiation rights I have already est. |
