| The state of New Jersey is proposing Legislation that will hand down a hefty fine to anyone seen smoking in their vehicle while their children are in the vehicle with them. I am a smoker myself and I am trying very hard to quit, but seriously where is this going to end? Next thing you know They will be passing laws that prohibit smoking in your own home. I'm not saying that it's ok to light up and blow smoke in the faces of your children but thats why All vehicles have windows. It just seems to me that the Government spends too much time telling us what is best for us when they could be more useful passing stricter laws for Child Pornography, or stiffer sentences for those convicted of DUI related deaths. I guess the real question is Do smokers deserve a break or are the new laws fair? |
