Add two teaspoons of valerian root to one cup of boiling water. As it seeps, chant:

Nervous anxiety, you are dead.
Roots and water, soothe my head.
Bring to me your calming peace.
As I will, so mote it be.

Note: To cut the taste you might want to strongly sweeten it with honey.

Good Stuff, I love Valerian Root even if it does smell like dirty socks. I do swear by this, Valerian root will calm you down.
