Squandered (By Me)

When I was young and fool hearted
I found true love and then I squandered
I lived and lost but always wondered
about that one true love I squandered

Through the years I often thought,
about that one true love I left for nought
she occupied my thoughts so many times
I wondered if she thought of me

Many years have passed
the gray set in
I come to find my one true love
Has thought of me as I have her

Her beauty surpased my wildest dreams
time has been so kind to her
I still feel love from past
but so much more this time will last

I find myself at heavens gate
to thank the Lord for my great fate
for he has brought her back to me
My one true love I had squandered

Angels Among Us, By Me

Angels walk among us in every shape and form
Angels walk among us some of them even have devil horns
Angels walk among us every given day
Angels walk among us and help us along the way
 
These angels you see come in and out of our lives
They help us when we need them
Some stay long
Some come and go
Some come fleeting breifly
The angels who I count dearly never truley leave us
 
I have known such angels all my life and have learned to trust in them
I hope I have been an angel to some
Even if they never new it
For those angels are friends who we need to help us in different ways
If I called you friend one time, you are whom I speak here
 
For these days I have an angel
The strongest I have ever known
Who loves and cares and nertures me
Just when I needed it most
For this angel gives me Streangth & Hope & Faith
When I thought all was lost
 
I realize my angel needs me too
As much as I need her
To give her Streangth & Hope & Faith
When she needs it most
I will be here for her to help her threw her trials
I will Love and Care and Nerture her as she has me
Nothing will get in my way
To make sure she knows
That I will always be here for her no matter what happens
