she turns to Him, in night-smitten cold,
and looks into His, those eyes so old,
the things they've seen, Eternity,
As Witnessed by a Soul not free,
to move upon this fickle world,
it's ramparts with their flags unfurled,
in places where mans' blood is spilled,
She ponders, as she looks at Him,
whose Life has Seen Hope Rise and dim,
whose Journey still is not yet done,
nor will be with this passing sun,
He has walked, yes, even Loved,
the frail mortals His Soul Moved,
For tho He sees within HimSelf,
His bane is yet to doubt the Wealth,
and so she shows Him yet again,
His Love and Journey Not in Vain,
For traveling on the Cosmic Wheel,
His Soul, Immortal, Now, Doth Feel.
