I have been on this site for some time now.  Mostly I just pop in and still trying to figure out what to do here.

I have just never gotten it all, but I still like this site.

The people are real, not trying to scam ya or get ya to cum watch them on camera for $$.

For that alone makes this site special.

I sure wish I had a guide to show me the way to use this site and how they get enjoyment out of it.

Being a computer guru from the 70's only shows that I have pretty much seen it all when it comes to online stuff

Be careful what you say online as trust me, the government is watching and if they don't like what  you are saying. gawd only knows what all can happen and none of it good. so keep yer mouth shut when it comes to saying things online that become public property

 

I am still single and alone.  I am getting very tired of being alone all the time.  I suppose it is supposed to be that way.

I do not understand, I am a good man, a great cook, easy going, always paid my way and help many others as I can.  Why is it that that there are those men out there that are assholes.  They treat their woman like crap. And yet they have a woman in their life.

All I want is someone I can stand side by side with and share adventures with.  Someone that is like me, honest, easy going, likes those times when they can get nasty when alone. and mosly make each other smile and laugh

 

It has to be me, what does a 64 year old man have to do to get a lover and playmate to make the days more enjoyable?

Anyone want a good cook, got a car, a great cook, honest and fun loving, just poor as I have to budget every dime living off disability and having a trashed back.  

So anyone that is mature, honest and looking to meet a good man, drop me a line eh?  I have been alone so much I talk to myself now, even in public.  damn what's that about?



The Declaration of Independence July 4th 1776 Soon we will be celebrating the 4th of July. I have given this blog a lot of consideration. For myself, I am going to re-affirm my commitment to the principles our founding fathers so beautifuly and simply wrote down on one piece of paper. Reading the words chosen for this declaration I am amazed at how few words can say so much. Those men sure knew how to turn a phrase and use language like no one can today. What Thomas Jefferson wrote is amazing, and I challenge anyone today to do better than he did those few evenings with quill pen in hand and working by candle light. He begins with the why it became necessary to break the bonds, and look to the laws of Nature and the Nature of God and what is God given, not government given. Powerful. When we look at how things have become so perverted and twisted that we can’t even allow god in our schools, our work place, our community. It was good enough for Thomas Jefferson then it’s good enough for me. The Declaration of Independence The way the second paragraph starts is etched in every American’s body, mind and soul. How many brave and fine Americans have given their lives for these magnificent words? We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. Then they follow that up with this. What to do, what to do? That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed So they tell us what is, followed up by what we are responsible for. That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government Have we let things get just a little out of hand on our shift? Are we on the edge of a catastrophic collapse of the America our fathers, and their fathers, took such heroic steps to preserve? AS a nation since this declaration many things have changed in a relatively short period of time when you take into consideration the history of man. We in America are a young nation still when stacked up against the great civilizations of man. Thomas Jefferson continued with more eloquent words for the ages. If you want to know more, please do a little research on your own. Come to your own conclusions. Make a commitment to do your best. Provide a nation as it once was, Free and Independent. Do what you can. Let the individual stand side by side in equality with corporations, government, and all citizens of the United States of America. Make our fathers stand tall with pride. Let our children look back and stand with their fore fathers, proud, free men and women before each other and God. Bring pride, honesty, and a constitutional government back to America. Amen. YOU MIGHT NOT EVER GUESS Captain Kangaroo passed away on January 23, 2004 at the age of 76, which is odd, because he always looked to be 76. (DOB: 6/27/27) His death reminded me of the following story: Some people have been a bit offended that the actor, Lee Marvin, is buried in a grave alongside 3 and 4 star Generals at Arlington National Cemetery. His marker gives his name, rank PVT and service USMC nothing else. Here's a guy who was only a famous movie star who served his time, why the heck does he rate burial with these guys? Well, following is the amazing answer. I always liked Lee Marvin, but didn't know the extent of his Corps experiences. In a time when many Hollywood stars served their country in the armed forces, often in rear echelon posts where they were carefully protected, only to be trotted out to perform for the cameras in war bond promotions - Lee Marvin was a genuine hero. He won the Navy Cross at Iwo Jima. There is only one higher Naval award ... The Medal of Honor. If that is a surprising comment on the true character of the man, he credits his Sergeant with an even greater show of bravery. Dialog from The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson: (Johnny's guest was Lee Marvin) Johnny said, "Lee, I'll bet a lot of people are unaware that you were a Marine in the initial landing at Iwo Jima and that during the course of that action you earned the Navy Cross and were severely wounded." "Yeah, yeah - I got shot square in the bottom, and they gave me the Cross for securing a hot spot about halfway up Suribachi. Bad thing about getting shot up on a mountain is guys getting shot hauling you down. But, Johnny, at Iwo I served under the bravest man I ever knew. We both got the cross the same day, but what he did for his Cross made mine look cheap in comparison. That dumb guy actually stood up on Red Beach and directed his troops to move forward and get the hell off the beach. Bullets flying by, with mortar rounds landing everywhere, and he stood there as the main target of gunfire so that he could get his men to safety. He did this on more than one occasion because his men's safety was more important than his own life. That Sergeant and I have been lifelong friends. When they brought me off Suribachi we passed the Sergeant, and he lit a smoke and passed it to me, lying on my belly on the litter and said, "Where'd they get you Lee? "Well Bob, if you make it home before me, tell Mom to sell the outhouse!" "Johnny, I'm not lying. Sergeant Keeshan was the bravest man I ever knew. The Sergeant's name is Bob Keeshan. You and the world know him as Captain Kangaroo." On another note, there was this wimpy little man (who just passed away) on PBS, gentle and quiet. Mr. Rogers is another one of those who you would least suspect of being anything but what he now portrays to our youth. But, Mr. Rogers was a U.S. Navy Seal, combat-proven in Vietnam with over twenty-five confirmed kills to his name. He wore a long-sleeved sweater on TV, to cover the many tattoos on his forearm and biceps. He was a master in small arms and hand-to-hand combat, able to disarm or kill in a heartbeat. After the war, Mr. Rogers became an ordained Presbyterian minister, and therefore a pacifist. Vowing to never harm another human and also dedicating the rest of his life to trying to help lead children on the right path in life. He hid away the tattoos and his past life, and won our hearts with his quiet wit and charm. America's real heroes don't flaunt what they did; they quietly go about their day-to-day lives, doing what they do best. They earned our respect and the freedoms that we all enjoy. Look around and see if you can find one of those heroes in your midst. Often, they are the ones you'd least suspect, but would most like to have on your side if anything ever happened. Take the time to thank anyone that has fought for our freedom. With encouragement, they could be the next ‘Captain Kangaroo' or 'Mr. Rogers'.
Got this slow ass computer, and still poking around, finding out what goes where, typing faster than the letters appear. A blinking cursor, pointers with 2 arrows. As an Old Geezer I get confused easy. But I am stubborn and will eventually figure it out. This site like Myspace, let's others control how wide our page is, so they come and go wider than the monitor. I will persist, and hopefully make a few new friends. Never know, might even get lucky. But then the lady and probably her Girlfriend will know if I'm going to get lucky before I do. As it should be. I am a man after all. And glad of it to tell you the truth. Still learning my way around the Cherry Patch. Seems a lot like Myspace, only better. I still don't like the fact that pages are wider than a screen full, but that's cuz I'm an old techie and seek perfection when possible. As the internet world belongs to the X generation, appears most here are younger than this old geezer. That's ok, as I always seems to have hung with a yournger crowd anyway. I look forward to spending a little time here and see what new adventures this site may bring into my life. Stay healty, Be Safe, and Party On!
