I keep reading all these articles about Kelly Clarkson and how they are talking about her weight.
Wow...I would have figured in this day and age, we wouldn't be so judgmental of others and actually not call someone fat.
My mother always said, if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.
How dare anyone call anyone any name that would be hurtful towards another. The last article I read it was a 67 year old gentleman (who is in the news) commented on how she "blew up". Really?!
Not only is she being bullied, she is being bullied by other individuals who are in the spot light as well and who really shouldn't be saying anything at all. But hey, they would be the first individuals who would talk about how we as individuals need to be more tolerant.
Listen, if you are being pulled by someone about anything, you should not feel bad about yourself but good about yourself. Bully's are just jealous individuals and they are jealous of the people they are bullying.
If you have a weight problem and you want to lose that weight, the first thing that you need to do, is love yourself, accept yourself for who you are. Only then, can you accomplish the goal of losing weight the right way.
This approach would be the same for anything that you do or need to work on.
Once a woman has forgiven her man, she must not reheat his sins for breakfast.
A friend of mine asked me for advice when she caught her husband cheating.
My advise to her, kick him to the curb.
Now this would be the same advise I would give anyone.
If you can not forgive what happened, never bring it up again in the future. Then it will never work.
Both individuals need to figure out what happened in the relationship for the other to stray. Both parties have to work on it.
It could have been something so small to you but it was a big issue with the other.
In a relationship, you need to talk, have fun together, when the kids are out, act like kids yourselves.
Turn the radio on to your favorite station or play your favorite album and make out like you are teenagers.
Bring in some fun into it, explore.....
Hence my friend did not take my advice, she spent the next year to two angry and unhappy. She couldn't forgive and he continued to blame her for the relationship. She finally kicked him to the curb and now she is with someone that makes her happy and she is in a great relationship. For him, he remarried about 6 months after the divorce papers were signed. Oh, he also married her co-worker at that perticular job she was at, at the time.
Remember....never let anyone tell you that there is something wrong with you because you are different...that’s what makes you beautiful. If they can’t accept that...then the problem is with them.

Just finally watched the movie Gone Girl...didn't think that it was that fantastic. It was ok, I liked it but I'm glad that I didn't pay 10 bucks to see it in the movie theatre.
