Last night on my way home from a friends house, I noticed someone passed out( or looked to be passed out) on the side of the road near a bicycle. I thought about stopping, but I didn't really feel safe due to the area it was in. About 15 minutes later I hear sirens near my house and all kinds of noise. This morning when I woke up, I heard on the radio that a 14 year old boy was struck and killed by a passing car.... That was the same boy that I saw on the side of the road. Stating in the article that will be attached, after I passed by I guess he walked across the 4 lane highway and was hit by two vehicles. Now, Should I feel bad for not stopping to see if the person was okay and maybe saving his life? Or should I look at it as it was his time to be called up to heaven?
