Just back from the course of the above name, had a great time, picked up quite a lot of stuff. We did mindmapping which was interesting and speed reading.

Had a good day learned a whole lot as I had only attempted mind mapping on me own and its so much better when you have someone walking you thru it and explaining. So it was good fun.
The speed reading is going to take some practice so will give that ago I picked up quite a lot today about it and that was interesting.
