Below is something that I feel passionate about. Not only because I am a woman of size but for the years I have seen and felt the persecution's of not fitting into that skimpy sexy dress. Even though I have been an athlete and been active most of my life. It just was not in the cards for me to be that so called Perfect size. Now that health issues have taken me down another path in my life, and I can no longer be that athlete I once was. I stand Strong and Tall in being the woman I am.

As women we have to take control of our life and stop letting men dictate to us , who we are.
Our bodies were not meant to be a bean pole, we were giving natural beautiful mountains and valleys in our personal landscape we call our bodies.
OUR bodies bring forth life and is equip to nourish the next generation and it is meant to be soft and cuddly to embrace those we love, so they feel comforted.
Be proud of who you are, Do not let anyone devalue you. You are the life force this world needs to carry on. Stand tall, love yourself and your other sisters that fight this image driven world put in place by men.
A real man will love you for the person you are and not for the trophy he wins. A real man cherish his woman for the treasure she is, and wants to keep his treasure safe and out of harm from others.
Look in the mirror with respect for the person you see, love that person wholly without judgment, For you are a unique being that no one can match.
