WOW! I just found out that My Jacksonville Jaguars Released Byron Leftwhich. David Garrard has been out performing him and Del Rio says felt that Leftwhich was lying to him about his injuries. That is just dumb. OF COURSE he was lying about how bad they were. That was evident by his play after returning last season. Why would he say, no coach I think I need to sit on the bench and lose my starting position to the guy who has been doing a wonderful job while I'm out.
Leftwhich's contract is up the end of this year anyway and he has already stated that he would be leaving Jacksonville. I am only a little bitter than I have an unopened Leftwhich Jersey never to be worn now. I guess it can go next to the Brunell Jersey soon to be followed with Garrard. :) Only jersey I am proud of at the moment is Jimmy Smith.
Prior to this event I was concered that Jacksonville's quarterback problem was going to hinder us during the season (that's right I said US, because I am obsessed like that). I am glad a decision has been made now all Garrard needs to do is limit his mistake consistancy. Wouldn't want the rep. as choke artists. Although its looking that way.
Another trade is Alvin Pearmen got traded to Seattle. Not sure that was the best thing but it could have been worse.
With football about to begin or even during season. What things are going on with your teams? Feel that they have made any mistakes vs. good choices? This Blog is definatley going to be a Place for me to VENT about Football. But dont' get me wrong. I LOOOOVE my Jags. But venting about the dumb things that happen are what keeps me sane.
GOD DA***! WHY! We start the season against tenn. and lose by 3. I was thinking we were going to have a better team this year than last year. And we might however everyone else is better too. This stinks. we finaly get out QB contraversy lined out and we can't get things done. With Houston, Tenn, and Indy in our pool we may end up the bottom of the totem pole if we start out losing like that. @(*&^(&@^&^*@& Crap! Any one else disappointed in their teams first week of play?
I am still mad about the first game of the season. Even after getting our butts handed to us by Indy. Found out that Jacksonville's refs did it again. We seem to have some of the worst refs in the league. Even before sundays monster loss I was wishing to have played in INDY because then we would have a more honest game. There is nothing to say about INDY. We lost Garrard early and the 3rd string QB Gray. might has well been playing for indy. But he has had no experience playing so i shouldn't be so harsh. He isn't even the 3rd string. he's the second because they never found a decent back up QB sense the old backup became the awesome starter. Once more problem I hope jacksonville realizes needs to be fixed. Gray needs to go right back down to 3rd string. which is why I referenced him there. Hopefully next time against indy will be the freakish game of the year were we sneak up and bite'em. Kinda glad Garrard went out so that he couldn't get more injured on a game that was already looking down. On a positive note. at least it wasn't a shut out. 10/07
WHY OH WHY aren't there fines or penalties dealt out for referee's who screw up repeatedly. There needs to be some sort of board for referee's to ensure that referee's are behaving correctly and making the best calls. When the announcers are calling the refs out during the game and pointing out multiple mistakes for anyone in the country watching the game; you know its bad. Are the refs really that bad or are we gonna hear down the road about a renogade ref who tells how he was paid and cheated. Guess we'll see. The "mistakes" that have occured this year with the referee's are atrocious. I know its happened twice to the Jags. How about your teams have the refs been at the top of their games this year or have you witnessed proven wrong or just bad calls? 12/2
ONCE AGAIN! For those who happened to catch the colts/jags game this week...you have to wonder who paid off who. It was really that bad. Even the announcers were once again disagreeing (on multiple occasions) with the refs and there calls. People that I know who aren't jags or football fans were calling to say how bad it was. The wrong calls were so blatantly obvious that people who don't watch football were getting angry. And as another example the Baltimore/Patriots game was further evidence that in a few years we are going to hear about more scandels with paid refs in the NFL. The Ravens should have won the game but with A LOT of help from the refs the Patriots got the gift of an unbroken winning streak! Next they try on the colts. Watch the refs this weekend for a whole more load of SHIT!
WOOOOO! Here we are ready for the playoffs (once again). First we draw Pittsburg then the patriots. I think I would rather take on Indy than the Pats but they have to be eliminated to make it to the top. For all my friends who's teams didn't make it or won't make it past the first round...be a pal YOU know YOUR team isn't gonna make it so CHEER FOR MINE! GO JAGS! well even if we don't make it at least we are consistant. We get there almost every year.

HALFTIME Jags and Steelers: Thinking back on the season I heard a lot of. You guys don't play anybody and a bit of the Colts are your only problem. Well, how come 3 out of the 4 teams in our Conference made it into the playoffs. And DAMN you Jer-d-miah's team for letting the damn Titans in there. I must say I was getting nervous at the beginning of the game but here comes half and we get the ball with a 14 point lead. **Knock on Wood** Take notes people. Patriots are next!
Well little did I know after the last admission I would find the Steelers ahead before Jags could come back for a last minute win. I got my wish, we got to take a run at the Pats. And now were out. Indy the team I thought might take them out is now OUT! Brady was spectacular during the jags game. IT SUCKED! I mean I know he's good but damn do they have to catch everything. If there ever was a QB debate between Brady and Manning, Brady wins this year. Manning couldn't get the job done and didn't look his usual magic self but more as a defeatable average nfl QB. The only good news of the Day! Dallas lost! They are out. Hopefully there are enough strong teams left for someone to knock out the damn Patriots. SICK OF THEM! Now boys and girls its time to cheer for the old man, the has been, the washed up need to retired years ago, good old boy. Not for the team but just glad to see him prove the world wrong, Brett Farve.
DAMIT! I am so sick of the damn patriots every team wanted to win loses each week. Maybe I should go for their "hog it all" asses. If i didn't love to hate them so much this superbowl would be all but a loss for me. CRAP!
