| Heres a real one for you. About 10 months ago my fiance's 13 yr old daughter decided she wanted to move in with us. She has always stayed with her mom two hours away. So of course we were glad to have her come. But upon her arriving, questions were raised and I had to pull a Dick Tracy. I hacked her myspace and found she has had multi sex partners ranging from 16 to 22. Apparently she got a bad rep at school which is why she wanted to come live with us. After confronting her, she vowed to start over and try to make a better go at it. Unfortunately she fell back into the same pattern and started to go down the same path here. I asked her mother if I could take her and get her on birth control, since we cant possibly be with her 24-7. She refused and said to do so would be condoning it. And she works at the doctors office where their daughter gets treated and felt it would be embarrassing for herself to take her there. After two months Britt wanted to go back home because of the restriction we had her on here. Nothing terrible but no alone time with boys. A few days ago we got a call from her telling us she is pregnant. 14 years old and she is pregnant!!!!! Wow didnt I say this was going to happen 10 months ago. So what should we do? YAY...Let the Mom deal,she was the one that was too embarrassed to get her on b/c....OR NAY...Get custody and take her from the Mom since she doesnt seemed too concerned about Britt's welfare? |
