(Sports Network) - Having locked up their first division crown in five years, the Bruins can now worry about holding onto the top spot in the Eastern Conference. Jimmy Graham Authentic Jersey . Boston will resume that quest tonight versus the Toronto Maple Leafs at Air Canada Centre. The Maple Leafs are on the verge of being eliminated from postseason contention for a fourth consecutive season. The 11th-seeded club is 10 points out of a playoff spot with just seven games left to play. Toronto had won two straight prior to last nights 5-3 setback to Buffalo. Boyd Devereaux, Nikolai Kulemin and Matt Stajan each had a goal in the loss. With goaltender Martin Gerber serving the first of a three-game suspension for abuse of an official, Curtis Joseph got the start for the Maple Leafs and was yanked early in the second period after giving up four goals on nine shots. Justin Pogge stopped 14 shots the rest of the way. Joseph had relieved Gerber in Tuesdays win over Washington and made nine stops in the shootout victory. Gerber was tossed late in the contest after making contact with a referee and shooting the puck at officials. Toronto is 14-13-9 at home this season and will host Philadelphia on Wednesday. The Bruins 4-1 victory over New Jersey last Sunday gave the club its first Northeast Division title since 2004. Boston posted 41 wins and 104 points that season and already has 46 wins and 102 points this year with nine games to play. That total has Boston three points up on Washington and four ahead of New Jersey for the most in the East. In Sundays win over the Devils, Michael Ryder and Marc Savard each posted a goal and one assist. Chuck Kobasew scored and Milan Lucic posted his first goal since scoring twice versus San Jose on February 10, a span of 15 games between tallies. Tim Thomas picked up the win by making 41 saves, helping the Bruins halt a two-game slide. Mark Recchi added a pair of assists. Boston will try to get its road game on track tonight. The club has dropped five straight as the guest and hasnt won away from Beantown since February 17 in Carolina. The Bruins are 21-11-4 on the road this year and will play in Philadelphia on Sunday. However, Boston is likely going to be without leading goal scorer Phil Kessel for this weekends games due to an undisclosed injury. Kessel leads the Bruins with 31 goals this season. Boston will wrap its season series with Toronto tonight. After losing the first meeting back on October 23, Boston has won four straight over the Maple Leafs. The Bruins have also won three straight and six of their last seven trips to Toronto. Patrick Willis Womens Jersey . Tweet SYOSSET, N.Y. – Its been a decade since Rick DiPietro participated in his first NHL training camp, but he felt like a kid again Saturday morning. DiPietro, who has been limited to just 13 appearances over the last two seasons due to various knee and hip injuries, was on the ice with the New York Islanders as they opened training camp with hopes of surprising a lot of people in 2010-11. "Its good to have a normal routine back," DiPietro told NHL.com. "The last couple of years have been tough, but Ive learned a lot of pretty important lessons. You take the positive out of all of that and move forward. Im pretty optimistic and excited about the start of the season." Thats because the No. 1 overall selection in the 2000 Entry Draft is living without pain again. Its been quite some time since DiPietro -- who turns 29 on Sunday -- has felt this good. "Its been a while ... the last month or so," DiPietro said when asked how long its been since he last felt pain in his knee. "I give all the credit in the world to our training staff and doctors." DiPietros health could go a long way in determining whether the Islanders will still be playing at the conclusion of the regular season. He was emerging as one of the NHLs top goaltenders when his cavalcade of injuries began at during the 2008 NHL All-Star Weekend. The hope is that No. 39 can simply stay healthy and hel
