Explination to mumm.

I've been working at this Pizza place for 3 years now. I've had ONE, raise and that's because minimum wage went up. I've had a tight schedule, but I always made it so I was available, around school. But I don't mind working and then going to school, or the other way around. Everything was legit for the first year and a half. Good hours, fun place to work and I got along with everyone. Basically, I didn't get dicked around. I was treated as an equal to the managers or supervisors.For 6 months there I had about 4 new managers. They took everyone but me and my friend out of the whole crew. Out of 16 people. They left TWO. So after a shit load of people being fired and hired managers in and out rules changing, prices change supervisors and just a massive amount of change occurs. Then the old Assistant manager from the old crew becomes, Manager. Then another one came back. We got a tight crew again, then it was okay. But a bunch of bull shit happened and we had to hire in more people than we needed. Just for payroll. We got another Assistant manager in. We had to do it our supervisor forced it. He made us hire new people, we dont have room. That place does not have nearly enough business. For example, projections say that on a Tuesday you should do, 1700. We wind up doing 800. Everyone get's their hours cut. No one gets raises, and they change stuff a lot. So now, I can do any shift they need me for. They had been promising more hours when the time came, and it's here and they said " The NEW HIRES are already getting those hours. We can't just take those hours away from them." Taking someones hours away is fine when it happens to me. But not the ones who JUST GOT THERE. there has been more stuff going on, but I don't wana go too deep. So to the point. That company treats their employees like shit. Me and one of the managers talked about it today. He thinks that the company is fucking the employees over with all the new shit they are bringing in on us. What they are doing, is starting to go against state labor laws. He thinks they are going to wind up getting sued for unfair treatment, or for certain things pertaining to pay.. Others working totally agree, and I've been talking to a few of my friends that are managers at stores and they could see it happening too. Should I be the one to bring it up? Or should I just quit and not do anything? ^^what I wanted to enter.
