I have a friend who just found out that shes carring her x child. he said he wants nothing to do with her or the child. so she called a lawyer and ask them what to do. she was told to get a DNA testing done and pay for it so he cant say no to anything if he dose he has to pay for it. or she can have the baby and just put his name on the paper saying hes the father and get him were it counts. what should she do

Note they both live in the same state of PA. i will not tell names due to they are both good friends of mine.
