Overcome with Darkness
Feeling only Sadness
A beating heart Bleeds in Pain
Till there is nothing left to Drain
Left out in the cold
With no one to hold
Nothing left but fear
And a solitary tear
No one to blame
A Dying Flame
A life diminished
A life unfinished
A burning Hole left in her heart
Already Torn apart
A Life that shouldn't have been Torn
Nothing left to do but Mourn
The Anger builds inside
Never to Subside
All she wanted was Someone to Love
Someone to hold her Above
But her Breath was Taken
She was Badly mistaken
Now Gasping for air
Hoping someone will Care
Hoping to not be Alone
Living only what she was shown
A shot in the Dark came her way
Now left Astray
Nowhere left to turn
Nothing left to Learn
Once a Forgiving soul
Is nothing but an Empty hole
Pretending to be Someone she's not
Wondering if they forgot
A life led in what felt like a Prison
Trying to find a Reason
For growing up in a Hell
A Lie is all she can Tell
Now Alone and scared
With no one who cared
Bottling up her Feelings
Waiting for her Healing
Asking God what she should do
Asking Him if He knew
That her Life would be like this
What did she miss
