I know a child that is being mistreated because he supposedly is taking the rap for something another neighborhood kid did. The parents of this child have taken his bed away and is making him eat, sleep and basically live in the bathroom, saying that he doesn't deserve to have anything. If he wants to sit in his room all he has in there is a chair to sit in and stare at the wall.
Do you feel this is a form of child abuse and if so is it an outsiders moral obligation to report this or just mind their own business?? |
