Yes folks, thats right, I believe I've had a breakthrough.
My theory on a pinched nerve may have been partially right, because last night I must have walked out the pinched nerve, because the horrific pain in my hip that I've had has pretty much disappeared.
I'm still tender there, because of the odd muscle use, but the sharp, throbbing pain is gone.
I really think the anti inflamatories and three days off helped the swelling go down, so it could work itself out.
Now keeping it healthy is the trick.
On a side note, because I've been walking funny, my hamstring and knee are killing me lol, but that'll mend soon enough!
