A couple have been jailed for nine years for abusing a 17-month-old boy. Tala Ikram died after being beaten, cut and burnt by his stepmother. His father stood by and did nothing while his son was subjected to appalling cruelty. And they call that justice ? what bullshit , 9 years omg people like that should be tested for drugs instead of animals then killed.
