1. Sarah--I was in Tyler, Texas on my way to work. I was hoping it was wrong, but it wasn't.
2. Wendy ~ At work , on the ambulance
3. TXCHICA~~I was on my way to work.
4. Smoke Lovers United - I was at work..We were able to watch it on the break room television..It was my co-workers 50th BDAY .. big work party planned but we never celebrated..we just sat stairing at the TV with our mouths open. GOD BLESS THE USA AND THE FAMILYS WHO LOST SOMEONE THAT DAY
5. Earnhardt Country- I was in a U.S Histroy class. i was shocked.
6. REDNECK WOMAN- I WAS IN MY CAR LISTENING TO Z100 AND THEY SAID THAT THE NORTH TOWER WAS HIT BY A PLANE I THOUGHT IT WAS JOKE SO I SHUT OFF MY ENGINE AND WENT INTO WORK THEY HAD THE SAME STATION ON AND AGAIN I HEARD THAT THERE WAS ANOTHER PLANE THAT HIT THE SOUTH TOWER WE ALL STOOD THERE IN DIS BELIEF AND TURNED ON THE T.V. SAW THE WHOLE THING AND WE JUST STARTED CRYING GOD BLESS THE USA AND THERE FAMILIES THAT PARISHED THAT DAY I MISS MY FRIENDS LOVE YA
7. APRIL~24CREW: i was in homeroom when the second plane hit
chris- i was just waking up and i turned on the tv.
and there it all was, i thought i was seeing a movie or something. being half awake, it was a sad time once i realized it was all real.
8. BarbieCameraGirl~Living up north on the border of wisconsin and illinois and i was on the phone all day with my exhusband since he was at work and didn't have tv access at that time~
9. vivi-------------- i was at home watchiing tv when the announcement came on and watched in horror as the second plane hit. where i live we could see all the smoke rising in the sky.
10. Janet - I was in my car on the way to work and heard about it on the radio. Sped to work (literally) , rushed in, turned on the T.V. and watched in disbelief with my co-workers. God Bless the families touched by that tragic event and GOD BLESS AMERICA!

I was at a hardware store buying some shovlels. when i got in the truck i heard it on the radio and thought it might just be some weird radio show so i changed the station...it was on that station too. so i hauled ass back to the "barn" and everybody was gathered around the tube watching. i hope Osama gets cancer, aids, syphlis, ghonareah, polio, small pox, ebloa, and a really wicked freaking ass itch.....really i do!!!!!
12. Shelly-- I was in Tx remodeling our house. The carpenter came running in saying turn the T.V. on. I was thinking why are we watching T.V., we have work to do..He was really freaking out so I turned it on and saw the second plane hit. I was still trying to figure out what was going on. He was telling me what he knew as the second plane hit. So I called the base and then everyone else just to locate them. It was just like OKC bombing. It was one of those days you just need to know where everyone is at and a day no one will ever forget.I remember asking him is this for real? Or are you messing with me again? Unfortunately it was real
13. I was in school, I was in 10th grade 3rd period math. We turned the tv on a couple of seconds before the second plane hit the towers. Then we were scared, that was the first of terrosim that we'd ever seen.
14. Rhonda- I was at work at CVS consoling a customer who wanted pictures done because her son was killed in a car accident that weekend when another lady came in and said we were being attacked. i called my now falther in law cause he was the only one that would be home cause of working 2nd shift and he told us what he was seeing on the tv. we then took a radio from the shelf and plugged it in so we could be more "up to date" on what was going on.
15. Tara~ I was nursing school. We just took a short break between classes, and all 3 instructers came into the classroom. (i thought we were having a pop quiz. One of the instructers stated that they think they heard that planes crashed into the world trade center. We all went over to the dorm during lunch and watched it on TV.
16. Aimee - I was in 10th grade getting class pictures taken during our social studies class. We were in the auditorium and our teacher rushed in and announced that the World Trade Centers had been hit. After pictures it seemed like classes ceased to exist since all we did was have the televisions on and watched footage of what happened.
17. Shanna- I was getting out of gym class and on my way to science class when the twin towers hit and the entire time we didnt do any work that whole day it was a horable feeling i had i thought the world was coming to an end.
18. Amy~ i was in the middle of Mrs.Martins job prep class in high school....we watched the whole thing on tv for the rest of the day!! it was a sad an scary day! :-(
19. AMBER~ I WAS IN HING SCHOOL IN SOCIAL STUDIES!!!...WE WATCHED THIS HORRIBLE THING ALL DAY IN ALL OF MY CLASSES!!!! GOD BLESS ALL THOSE WHO HAD TO EXP. THIS

ERIN~~I was at home 9mths prego watching the MSNBC News and the broadcast came over the television of breaking news...I was beyond disbelief for sure...I was hoping this was not true...I know so many people and at the time my Monther-in-law lives in NJ n worked in NY!!! I quickly called my husband at work to tell him to get ahold of his Mom and family!!! It was a very sad day and I just sat and watched it all go down but not before I seen the other plane hit live on TV!! :( BUT READ THIS!!!!!!! SOME GOOD DID HAPPEN OUT OF THIS TERROR......YA KNOW THAT THERE WAS NOT 1 CHILD THAT WAS MADE AN ORPHAN!!!! (THEY HAD ANOTHER PARENT TO RAISE THEM) I AM SO GLAD FOR THAT EVEN THOUGH IT IS AHRD FOR A CHILD TO LOSE ONE I COULDNT IMIGANE THEM LOSING 2!! SO JUST REMEMBER THEY DIDNT EXCEDE THERE TOTAL MISSION!!!
21. Nettie}} I was on my way to take Ty to school and then back home because my husband and I both had the day off, and we were going to spend it together. Well we did, except it was staring at the tv screen all day... we also had some family and friends unaccounted for both in NY and in DC, my cousin was in the pentagon when it was hit....thankfully all were safe, but to all the families that lost someone that day, I send my deepest sympathy.
The US is still the best country in the world and don't anybody forget that...also bless our soliders who are still fighting this battle everyday....Love to all!
22. Grant>> I was in Mr. Rankin's Algebra II / Trig class my junior yr of H.S., 3rd period. He made the announcement that a plane hit the first tower, and it was assumed at that point it was an accident (albeit a strange one). I get to 5th period, and we hear about the 2nd tower being hit. From that point til the end of the school day, all you heard was people talking about "terrorism" which was a new concept for most. Went home, spent the rest of the day glued to the tv, flipping back and forth between every news channel imaginable...
23. Victoria----I was in Mrs. D's Chemistry class. Junior year of HS. Second period. The school made an announcement over the loud speaker about the first tower being hit, and we were all told to turn on the televisions. We sat there and watched the towers fall, then for the rest of the day all we watched was the news.
24. Kari ~~~ I was working at Target in Brandywine, De at the time. I remember stocking the shelves right at the pharmacy and the women at the pharmacy were listening to the radio and it came right across and they stoppped and I stood up at the same time and at first we didnt believe it, but then the 2nd tower was hit. I didnt cry, I was severly pissed off that someone out there could even think about doing something like that to our country.
