Yes my last name is LOVE and yes I'm an actually Executive Chef in Washington DC (no joking here)!

I started my culinary career serving in the US ARMY and having served one tour in the Middle East. Been cooking for 20 years and have resided in the DC area now for (6yrs) running some nice places...I.E Red Cross HQ's, Georgetown Univ., Private Law Firms and different now upscale Retirement communities while learning the Healthcare side of the industry now!

I'm crazy in my own way, I believe that we all are at times... which is the reason I last in this Culinary Industry. There's nothing better than running and having your own kitchen, creating your own recipes, menus and making people smile with some great food. I believe that the toughest part of the job is when someone tells me "I don't like this or I won't try that..." I will go out of my way from then on to get them to try it and like it (unless they are allergic).

Ask me anything it doesn't bother me one bite in my world there is never a dumb question and as the saying goes "I'm A Chef here to cook for your Ass, not Kiss your Ass!
