Interests
I enjoy all the nerdly wonders in life - museums, learning, walks in the park, cooking, wine, etc. I enjoy the occasional drinking outing, but really prefer to go somewhere for a few beers and lots of good conversation.
Music
I love opera, and have a particular soft spot for Andrea Bocelli. I'm also a huge fan of Chameleon Circuit, Flogging Molly, Subsonica, Eisbrecher, Oomph... I love classic rock, NDH, industrial, and whatever you personally classify Disturbed, Korn, etc. as. I shan't debate the semantics here. I am a huge fan of big band music, and would marry Dean Martin in a fucking heart beat. Really, I'll listen to just about anything, except for rap and that new wub wub crap.
Movies
I like crime thrillers, mystery, suspense, horror... anything except for overly sexually explicit and "RomComs" or anything else that gets dangerously close to being a chick flick. Robert DeNiro, Ray Liota, Joe Pesci, Al Pacino, Joe Mantegna, James Gandolfini, Danny DeVito... I have a thing for Italian actors, and I won't hide it. Of course, none of them can beat out Morgan Freeman, but hey... he's God.
My favorite movie is hard to pin down. I loved Righteous Kill. The Godfather trilogy. The Kingdom. Goodfellas... I may have to play the nerd card, though, and say my all time favorites are tied between these three... 1) Io non ho paura 2) I cento passi 3) La Scorta. Like I said, I have an issue with Italians...
Idols
John Douglas. Hands down. Dr. Henry Lee. Susan Malone. JoAnne Misko. John Jay. The many survivors that I had the pleasure to work with - strongest women you will ever meet.
Video Games
I enjoy videogames, but have a poor attention span for them. Assassin's Creed has long been an obsession of mine, and I periodically play the fuck out of Lego Batman.
