The lonely soul
The lonely soul walks alone.
Looking for love that he may never find
He cries into the night sky hoping for one person to hear his sounds of sadness.
He drops to his knees and prays to a god that does not listen.
He feels abandoned by the world.
He knows that the love he seeks is out there .
He just doesn’t know where and how he will ever find it.
So he walks through the pain with the tears in his heart .
The tears are hidden …but they are there.
The pain is hidden by a false smile.
He smiles because he does not know what else to do.
And maybe if he smiles long enough the smile will become real.
His one hope is a dream.
A dream of happiness and love.
Will this dream come true?…he doesn’t know but he hopes and he holds onto that dream.
His world is sad …but he will never give up hope.
Because that is the one thing that he truly owns .
His hope is his strength …it is what keeps him going.
He is a lonely soul…but he is a soul with hope.
He will never give up… It is not in him to do so .
One day he will find the love and the happiness.
One day he will not be a lonely soul.
That is the hope and that is the dream of the lonely soul.

I HATE rap and hip-hop. And I'm not really fond of country,(although I'll tolerate it, if it's not some cowboy crying over his horse/dog/wife...:p)
Other than that....so MUCH music, so little time!!
