I was born. Grew up on the beach and in the ocean in Southern California. Was a competition surfer when younger. Was a member of the US Junior Olympic Ski Team. Was a professional Alpine Skier, raced for Hexel and K2 Ski Companies and also was one of the original aerial Skiers and mogul competitors. Was in some of Warren Miller's Ski Movies and a few Surfing Movies too. Went to College as pre-med...ended up with four undergraduage degrees in the Sciences and a Masters Degree in Medical Biochemistry from USC. Went to work for a pharmaceutical company called Allergan and was in their Research and Development Dept. for two years before I went stir crazy and felt like a bacteria that needed his freedom so I quit, but did develop two medications that are still being marketed today...my contribution to my formal education...smile. I joined the Army as soon as I turned 18 and ended up with the 82nd Airborne Division, then applied for and was accepted into the Special Forces program, passed my "Q" course, became a real "Green Beret" was sent to Texas for Medic Training, but was used for "other things" most of the time when serving as a "Field Operative" first in Vietnam where I completed two tours, was wounded three times and was transferred to the 7th Group (from the 5th Group Airborne Special Forces) and did some time in Central America, Africa and various other shit holes around the world. Left the Army went back to school. Worked at Disneyland for over 20 years part time while going to school and military time. Started up my own landscape business in So Cal and made a crap load of money making people's homes look like "Home and Garden"...whoopie! Sold that business and started up another as a private contractor/consultant in training special security teams for high profile foreign clients, mostly in the Arab Countries, the Middle East and parts of Africa. "Transplanted" myself to the mountains of Northern Idaho just across the border from Montana and a touch below Canada, eh. Bought a home originally built in 1915, re-plummed it and all updated electrics, next "project" is building a second level onto my garage/shop (which should make my neighbor really happy...hahahaha!). Started building and riding old Harley Davidson motorcycles when I was 13 and still have a '79 Shovelhead bagger and a '47 Knucklehead rigid frame chopper...old school all the way (my Uncle and two cousins were Members of the Hells Angels motorcycle club...my dad did not like me hanging with the crew...bummer dad!). I've done one custom restoration for Jay Leno for his collection and have worked with Jesse James (I do custom wiring...the stuff no body ever sees...whoopie!). I'm also into old Porsches and have a restored '57 Porsche Speedster Super 90 that moves like a bat out of hell with you ass sitting about 4 inches off the ground! It's name is "mrtoad's wild ride" and it lives up to it's name...smile. I'm also into long-range high power rifle competitions and sniper team competitions (I like to shoot things...one of the reasons I moved to Idaho...legal to carry here...wasn't in that sissy state of Kalleee forn ya). Love fly fishing and fly tying. Don't Alpine Ski anymore because I broke myself too many times and there's like 3/4 of my spine is titanium and stainless steel (air ports love me!) and my knees are both metal too now so I'm starting to wonder if I can set some kind of world record for amount of metal in one person? Love the mountains and wilderness, tracking, hunting, but I don't "trophy" hunt anymore...not the same after you've killed so many men and they had weapons to shoot back which the animals don't so I just go out each year and bag a deer and one elk to fill up my freezer for the year. Love music! Play the Scottish Highland Warpipes! Used to be with a competition Pipe and Drum band called the "Nicholsons" (if any of you are pipers you'll have heard of them...) Have two sets of pipes, one set is full mount real Ivory (illegal now..) old Henderson's and my competition pipes are D. Naille's half mount imitation ivory and engraved Sterling Silver which are my "babies"...and the neighbors REALLY LOVE IT WHEN I BRAKE THOSE BABIES OUT...I serenade all the elk and grizzly bears that live close by...sometimes you can hear them voicing their approval...smile. I love wrenching anything with an engine in it all the way up to helicopters and twin engine planes! I totally enjoy taking things apart to see how they work. I love art, mostly "impressionists" but also some other later stuff too. I enjoy photography, snow shoeing, UTV's, snow mobiles, Nordic Skiing, roller skiing, inline skating, lap swimming, weight lifting (power lifter until everything started falling apart...ha!), love working out on aerobic machines until the floor is totally drenched with my sweat for a three foot radius around me! Love hiking and backpacking and camping. Love to cook and am into gourmet cooking for the last 15 or so years and even like my own cooking! Enjoy good wines. Enjoy Guinness Beer even more! Have practiced 4 styles of Martial Arts for almost 50 years now and the Master who trained me in Aikido and Kendo is the same person who trained Stephen Segal...great man...the instructor not Segal. I read, write and speak 5 different languages not including English (my primary language) and two forms of American Sign Language for the deaf (I had a deaf girlfriend for a while so I had to learn her language...). I started shaving my head before Michael Jordan was born, have been wearing an ear ring in my left ear since before it became the "fad" and have been braiding my beard long before Pirates of the Caribbean and Johnny Depp made it so popular. I love people who don't trust government and question authority! All professional politicians and lobbyists should be hanged from the closest light post and left there to rot for the damage they have done to my country and for all the innocent lives they have caused in wars we should never have been in!...and I am a decorated Veteran and I still hate war!...but, I do enjoy shooting and blowing things up!...smile. I love to read, mostly classical authors and love poetry. I love women! I love sex! I really love oral sex!!!!...and most of the women I've been with enjoyed it too!!! I enjoy giving women orgasms they never knew lived down deep inside them...smile. So, now I'm "semi-retired", living in the beautiful mountains of Northern Idaho, don't pay Federal Income Taxes...just because they're illegal according to the Constitution of the United States and on top of that are voluntary!...read the Internal Revenue Service Manual sometime...it will surprise you! Same thing with the fiat "money" system the Federal Reserve Bank (NOT PART OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, BUT A PRIVATE PROFIT MAKING CORPORATION!!!!...hang all of them too and ship what's left along with the "United Nations" over to France...they deserve all of that crap just for making us come over there to save their asses not once but twice!...and they still bad mouth Americans!...the reason I refused to learn French! One of my family ancestors is Francis Scott Key and also Commodore Perry who fought the only Naval Battle ever fought on American soil...or water...in the Great Lakes against the brittish...who got their asses handed to them...go great great great great uncle! Most of my family is Scottish and Irish, but we have some Oglala Sioux from the Black Hills Rose Bud Reservation mixed in there somehow...loose window? Most of the Scotts came to the colonies given the choice between the gallows or the colonies after the 1745 Rebellion. Most of the Irish came here during the migration during the potato famine in Ireland. So, with that kind of ancestry and blood running through my veins I just naturally love to fight!...weddings, funerals, pubs...doesn't matter where as long as you buy the other guy a beer after the fight...smile. So, that's a little bit of my life...been interesting and should be one hellovan ending coming up...told the family that I want to be cremated and to make sure they get all the metal parts from inside me back so they can resell them back to the medical schools or medical profession and throw one OUTSTANDING party on me...or from inside me?...smile.
