So i had a fairly bad evening.
i went out to see my mother today. Picked her up and we went to Barnes and Noble because i was looking for a CD.
While we are there she says "Where is the health section". So i asked and we walked over and i asked her what she was looking for. She THEN decides to tell me that my Grams was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. What a blow to the stomach! She thought i might like to get a book on it so that i know what might happen.
i already knew something wasn't right. When i was with my Grams last weekend she was calling me Evelyn. i don't even know who that is. Last weekend was very hard seeing my Grams like that. She has always known who i am. It broke my heart. And now to hear this news.
So i broke down earlier crying because the woman i knew as my grams is going to change and i don't know what to do.
