| I am about 32 weeks pregnant now, and I want a 3D ultrasound. Now, we know that medical insurance doesn't cover this. There is a company in the Denver area called First View Ultrasound that is accredited medically, so it's not a weird "$20 in-the-mall" type experience. My question is: for those of you that have had and/or seen 3D ultrasounds...is it worth the extra money? Right now, I could get the 3D ultrasound for about $160 at the accredited place I just mentioned. The reason I would like this done is to more accurately determine the sex. I have a *feeling* it is a girl, even though @ 20 weeks I was told it is a boy. However, I could just suck it up, wait 2 more months, save my money and find out for sure in November. I'm torn. |
