I AM A SHAMAN. My teacher said it was OK to say that. Back in the "old days" shamans weren't supposed to tell "secrets" like that, other rival shamans would put curses on them, find ways to take away their powers, kill them, turn them into animals or insects, or send them into the void. Other people were supposed to spread the word that someone was a shaman. Now there are very few shamans for the amount of people on the planet. Most shamans now support each other. We've seen the outcome of the ways of the world and know that things have to be balanced and people need to be in touch with their soul presence. I don't need to worry about the same things a shaman in the jungles of Peru or the mountains of Kazakhstan. My teacher says that these times call for action and the ability to be "out there" with EVERYTHING, so I can say that I'm a shaman because I've walked the walk, done my time, seen the unseen, felt the unfeelable, tasted the untasteable, heard the inaudible, floated in the void, fought with demons, jumped in the fire, purified myself, negotiated with forces, gained my protections. I am in a network of shamans who help each other and look out for each other, These times call for action and perseverance, purity of purpose and calm. I walk the path of balance. I heal through touch, herbs, ceremony, music and sound. I learn something new everyday, IF YOU NEED HELP IN SOME WAY JUST ASK FOR MY ASSISTANCE. ALL WILL BE WELL.

I've been a musician as long as I can remember. My mother says I would sing and whistle on pitch before I could talk.

I've played different kinds of music with LOTS of different kinds of people.

I was a member of Iron Curtain (actually I think I still am) back in the 80's

Now I play bass, synth, laptop, and rocks. I'm REALLY good on rocks!

Now I do completely intuitive abstract experimental music pieces.

Now I do completely intuitive abstract experimental paintings.

Now I ride my bicycle at least 100 miles a week.

Now I meditate everyday.

Now I do rituals to connect with the fifth world.

All of my works are spiritual.

Some people can put spirituality into words.
I do it by making music, making art and connecting with people on a higher plain.
Every project is a new, wonderful experience which lifts me into an higher-self awareness.

Life makes sense not when reason tells you that everything is as it should be. Life makes sense when some imponderable and apparently random event confirms your most irrational prejudices about the world.

I've chosen a rich life over an expensive lifestyle and I try to curate my experiences and memories as treasures to share.

I don't live in a certain place. I live in different parts of the world for a few months then move on.

Travel leads to immersive, responsive, memorable experiences in the world.

I find being an introverted-Intuitive-feeling-perceiving person to be one of the biggest challenges
of living in the world of today. A lot of people just want to talk about the weather and he said she said, I prefer to talk about the immaterial and play music.

Everything we do or think is important and has effect.

Sometimes it's really nice to dance about architecture.

My main philosophy is: NOW IS THE TIME.

There is nothing besides a spiritual world; what we call the world of the senses is the Evil in the spiritual world, and what we call Evil is only the necessity of a moment in our eternal evolution. (Franz Kafka)

The creative effort is a lot like sex. It's not so much the equipment you have as what is in your mind. The real excitement and beauty is in what we think and feel and what we do about it.

If you allow yourself to be part of all phenomena, then you are able to be anywhere, and the artist is merely a shaman who is able to contact all these other phenomena. Therefore, you are really free and you really don't belong anywhere! {Isamu Noguchi)

If you develop an ear for sounds that are musical it is like developing an ego. you begin to refuse sounds that are not musical and that way cut yourself off from a good deal of experience.(John Cage)
