Ok, couple of things:

1) Men. Seriously. Telling me how hot I am is not going to get me to flirt with you. You are not my type and no amount of flattery is going to change who I'm attracted to. Ever.

2) I do not give out my YIM screen name or other personal contact information unless I know you really well or I think you are REALLY hot. I'm paranoid as all fuck and that ain't likely to change.

3) I will block out of hand any sexually explicit messages from males. And even some females if I think its really inappropriate. As much as I like sex and fooling around, I'm not just a sexual object for your amusement.
