I like to read. I've read thousands of books. Well, maybe it's hundreds of books, but it's gettin close. sci-fi, fantasy, horror, mysteries, thrillers, fairy tales, manuals, biographies, History, magazines, newspapers, pamphlets, flyers, religious material, propaganda, the back of a shampoo bottle, I'll read it all.

Oh yeah, comic books...... which leads me to

I like to draw. I mainly doodle, but every once and a while, a masterpiece will force it's way out of me. I took a lot of art in high school, and just took the fundamentals from there.

I like music, but I covered that in it's proscribed tab. I REALLY like music, though. I love my guitars, and I'll always want more of them. lol

I like to argue. call it a debate, call it whatever you will, I just like to do it. I have some rather unconventional ideas, and I love to frustrate people with eloquent defenses of certain stances on a subject. Truth be known, it might not even be MY actual opinion, I just like to stir the pot, if you will

I like animals. I have a dog and a cat. My dog is like a little reincarnated shaolin monk. Well, I had a cat. My room mate moved out and took him with him. I plan to get another cat. I think I ALMOST like cats a little more than dogs. I've known a lot of both species in my lifetime, and that, combined with my inherent laziness, makes the low maintenance aspect of cat ownership a bit more appealing.

I like puzzles. Crossword puzzles, especially. I used to do 3 of them a day when I worked in a particular convenience store. Now I hear you asking, how can you find time to do that AND your job?? And I tell ya, I'm just that fast. = )- I'll kick your ass at Jeopardy, too

Speaking of too. I like my pet peeves, such as the misuse of to, two, and too. Your and You're is another good example. At least master a language before you choose to rip it apart.

Well, if you're still reading this, you're a brave soul.

I'm kind of stuck in a southern rock/country/blues sort of view. It probably stems from the fact that i'm a musician. I've been playing the guitar for about 10 years, now, and I just recently started fronting a band, The Temporary Remedy. I listen to a broad range of music, but i generally find myself in the aforementioned musical genre looking for new material to play.

I like techno, funk, older rap (tupac, eg), I guess it just has to have a good beat or a catchy hook, i don't know. if it sounds good, it sounds good, doesn't matter what it is.

Lemme tell ya a story. Drinking one night, over at my buddy's apt. Big party, out in his parking lot. It's about 2 in the morning, and the stereo's still blasting. Dude goes over, turns it off, and gets everyone's attention. Tells us this girl wants to sing for us. Everyone is a little cautious, but amicable.

So this girl, she steps up, and tells us that this is the classic love song. Boy meets girl, they fall in love, end up apart, find themselves back together, y'know the routine. Well, then she steps back, takes a breath, and starts singing in pitch perfect, fluent Italian.

Everyone is just standing around, jaws agape, and it's LOUD! I mean, this lady has a set of pipes on her. So about 2 minutes pass, and she wraps up. We all start cheering and clapping, the party across the street is cheering and clapping. It was amazing.

Suddenly, a window gets thrown open, and you hear this guy yell... HEY!!!! It got quiet as we all turned towards his voice. I didn't expect what came out of his mouth. In a NY accent, he yelled... THAT WAS FUCKIN AWESOME!!!!!!!

That set the whole thing off again.

so you see, if it has heart, and there's talent involved, it's gonna be good.
