I am an only child who has been left here alone. Both of my parents have already died. My father died when I was 6 years old, and my mother when I was 23 and my grandfather just passed on July 31. So I look to their spirits for guidance and light within this dark existence we call life. I often look to my mother to show me where to go. When she died it was as if my life had ended. She was not only my mother but my best friend as well. We laughed together and we also cried together as well. Me and mom would sit and talk for hours on end about anything and everything there was to talk about. I loved her and my father very much. I miss them both. She and my father made me who I am and for that, I am and will always be grateful to them both. I miss them both dearly.
