I'm a music lover and movie fanatic who likes to laugh. My favorite things to are anything that involves music, acting the fool, playing the bass with my acoustic rock band The Velvet Jones and my various other projects, I love food and relaxation, and the classic point and laugh (HA-ha!). Good times, good times. I'm out to meet girls with a sense of humor, life is way too short to deal with the uptight. Seduce me (and by seduce me, I mean make me a turkey sammich with pepper jack cheese) through this evil site or O.G. stylie with a good, old-fashioned e-mail at the_velvet_heh@yahoo.com. Basically, I'm tired of the same lame-ass 'net skanks with an IQ equal to that of a sack of moldy tangerines & "internet icebergs." If you are uninformed to my term "internet icebergs," they are people that try disguise how large they are by using weird camera angles or nothing but headshots. If you're big, be proud, flaunt it with confidence. And if you aren't happy with how you look, do something about it. I'm nappy and have a slight beergut, but I'm at least being true to myself. I'd like to meet some real people. I know they exist, I'm not talking about Leprechauns for fuck's sake. Also, being a musician, I'm always looking for visual/conceptual artists/graphic and web designers to work with as well as other musicians/producers looking to collaborate or jam/make a beat.

Interests
Gluttony. Sloth. Lust. Laughs. Anything music (playing, listening, seeing live shows/DJ's).
Music
I like most music, with the exceptions being smooth jazz and meaningless commercial hip-hop and pop. Some of my favorites include Prince, Faith No More, Pink Floyd, The Living End, Dredg, Portishead, Bob Marley and the Wailers, Led Zeppelin, Marvin Gaye, The Flaming Lips, Radiohead, Aretha Franklin, Sinatra, Paul Van Dyk, Gov't Mule, Dr. Dre and his spawns Snoop and Eminem, Buddy Guy, Primus, Machine Head, The Beatles, and Type O Negative. The list of music I bump is wicked huge, so feel free to ask about any other bands.
Movies
Caddyshack and most of Bill Murray's body of work, Blazing Saddles and everything Mel Brooks, The Shawshank Redemption, American Psycho, Trainspotting, Fear and Loathing In Las Vegas, Star Wars, all the Kevin Smith movies (although I have no urge to see Jersey Girl), Goodfellas, and Breakin' 2: The Electric Boogaloo.
Video Games
I grew out of video games in the era of the Super Nintendo, but I'm ok with people that play them. I'll even try to play here and there, but I'm not exactly going to go out and get a 360.
