I am organizing a walk that will be held on March 22, 2008 @ the sedgwick county park
It is to raise money for research to find a cure for chiari malformations.
Chiari is a congenital brain disease that afflicts 1 in 1,000 people. It causes memory loss, severe migraines, balance issues, confussion, vision disturbances, and a host of other symptoms.
There is no cure! Only pain management and subsequent brain surgeries!
