I've been gone. Last Tuesday I had a anterior cervical discectomy fusion. In english, my neck was pretty busted up from years of workin for someone else, & the pain I've endured the past 4 months alone, was not worth one bit of it. I have some time off to figure what I should do next (I'm 52) who starts a new career at my age? Anyway, no whingeing here, that's just the reoccurring question. And what employer hires a guy my age, when he can get 25 yrs younger & don't have to pay them as much or worry about thier body breaking. Things that make you want to curl up around some really good smoke & glass of top shelf cognac & ask yourself,"where did I go wrong?"
