OH yeah, well, sure, I'm interested in travel. Going places is the best! I don't really care where, as long as it's away from this town! But just going, that's what I love to do. I don't go like I used to, not at the moment, but I plan to! Anybody need a road companion? Hit me up, I'm ready!

So ok, I love the moon. I adore the moon. And the night sky, stars, space, anything "out there." I want to go there too but guess I won't ever do that. Space travel, ships, NASA, all those new companies like SpaceX and so forth, they're great! My head is WAY above the clouds!

I'm a fan of Science Fiction, too. I sometimes read and sometimes watch. Everything seems so boring these days, though, haven't watched or read anything in a while. I am a Trekkie, btw, in a quite sort of way. "Pease, and may you prosper!" ..."Make it so!"

I like the coast, it's cool. I love the mountains, they're really up there! I like puns, too. lol I love New Mexico, up in the mountains, playing in the snow, fireplace with nice music and all that romantic stuff.

What else... I prefer sushi and seafood, neither of which is in my budget. COFFEE! How can I forget that I'm addicted to coffee?

Movies? "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind." Do you know that one? The classic "South Pacific." Great story and moral buried in that film. "Six Days, Seven Nights," because I would so love to get stuck on an island alone with Anne Heche! "I Robot," because I identify with Sonny! I haven't seen any new movies in a long time and I like most anything sci-fi, like I said.

Music. Yeah, well, I am a bit of a head-banger hard rock fan. There's more heart and soul in one hard rock tune than in a hundred "country" tunes. "I AM MACHINE!" Indeed, I am and I identify. That's my ring tone, btw. Pain and anguish, that's where I'm at. (Not really!) And throwing rocks at convention. Pull up Pandora, Spotify or Slacker and play 'Hard Rock' and you have my favorites. Even so, I can go along nicely with smooth jazz, classical, oldies. Country seems so corny and down right silly. Sorry if I hurt feelings but I just cannot listen to hip-hop or rap as music at all. It's just noise.

OH, heck, put this on the "About Me" thing. So, sure, hard rock and metal, that's where my head is banging these days. Smooth Jazz, classical, oldies, those are good too. I'm lousy with names so I don't remember bands or songs, except 'I AM MACHINE,' because I am.

My idol was my dad and he died in 1998. Since them I am a rudderless ship floating around on an ocean of "what the hell?"

Philosophically, Buddha (SiddhÄrtha Gautama) is my idol, though I'm just not a very good Buddhist. BTW, Buddha was an atheist, you know. I lean heavily towards Theravada Buddhism. There's the basics and the on-the-ground philosophy I most admire. I have problems with other "Buddhas" and spirits and other stuff that goes along with Tibetan Buddhism.
