YELLOW RICE CASSEROLE
1 pkg. yellow rice mix, cooked according to directions
1 stick butter, seed to rice while warm
1 (12 oz.) Mexican
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Add Mexican and soup to the rice mixture. Put into greased casserole dish. Top with grated medium Cheddar cheese (about 1 cup). Bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Can add 1 cup boiled chicken or turkey.
