Yep, I'm getting dragged kicking and screaming into this fucking fight against some pretty inconsiderate bastards that wont let these children be mourned not even 24 hours after the fact. I've tried so hard to just let it be for a while and it simply cant be done. , politicians, "progressives", and armchair politicians so I reluctantly offer my rebuttal.
Taking away a tool from a tradesman in any occupation will hinder them from doing their job. Im a firefighter....taking away my breathing apparatus hinders me from going into a building filled with toxic gas, allowing me to complete a search for defenseless victims. Trying to take away firearms from law abiding citizens WILL change the face of this country into a criminals Disney World. It WILL hinder the free American from defending themselves and turn us all into

sheep, chewing on cud, just waiting on a wolf to take us by the throat and watch the life drain out of our eyes. If no one can defend themselves the criminals will have free reign over small towns and city's alike.
Let me offer up an idea for a solution to the problem without infringing on every Americans liberty. I say train a 4 person team of teachers in each public school, (fully vetted with a background check, physical fitness requirements, and courses in close quarters tactics, and marksmanship) secure weapons out of sight and out of mind (in the floor under the desk for example) with a biometric lock...easily accessible to only these first responders. Use ammunition like the "glazer safety slug" to stop ammunition from penetrating walls negating the threat of errant rounds in separate rooms from the threat.
I would think this is a viable response to some very dangerous threats to our children this day and age. It would also cost the taxpayers a lot less than politicians wasting time fighting back and fourth about the RIGHT of the FREE American to bear arms and defend themselves against the sick, twisted, cowardly, freaks that think it would be a good idea to slaughter the defenseless. If it was known to the public that contingencies are in place for an active shooter situation, the likelihood of these things happening again would drop substantially. These assholes target the defenseless for a reason. Figure it out.
If you don't want every tool available at your disposal to defend yourself and your loved ones I respect that choice as this is a free America. If you want to take that right and those choices away from me and put my liberty, freedoms and loved ones in jeopardy...you can go choke yourself with your rhetoric and shove a giant hammer AND sickle up your commie ass.
