Well look at me... for the first time this week I am on time with my post lol!! Happy Hump Day... the teeter totter is about to flip to the down side of the hill so show off that smile and be happy!! I was reminiscing about a social experiment I did while at the UW.... I went to Northgate Mall and stood outside a major entrance and said either welcome or good bye to as many people as possible and tried to shake hands as much as possible. It is wild how cynical people are of happy people!! Kind of like smiling at people... other people think you are looney tunes... how can anyone be that happy!! So be happy and smile... either people will love you for it or they will stay further away!!!TagFoxTagFox
It is Tuesday evening already and again I am posting very late....where does the time go? I remember as a kid my parents would tell me how time goes faster the older you get and I never understood that but I sure do as an adult. However I am trying to remember that even though time goes fast and there seems like 25 hours worth of stuff to do in a 25 hour day... there is always enough time every day to thank those who help us, to tell those we love that they are appreciated, and to make time for me to appreciate myself and to notice all the things going on around me that make life interesting. So thank you for being my friend and for being on the other end of these comments (and for reading them lol) and I appreciate you!
It is Monday evening and I am just getting around to saying hi...busy day!! I hope your day has been everything you had hoped it would be and more....and that the rest of you day just keeps getting better!! I did an exercise this weekend that I had not done in a while....wrote a gratitude list. I do this periodically to remind myself of all the people, places, and things that I am grateful for in the world and it turns out every time to show me I am a very rich person when it comes to the people, places, and things that I am truly grateful for.....Congratulations to the New England Patriots for winning Super Bowl XXIL.... GO HAWKS...there are lots of opportunities still to come!
It is Super Bowl weekend and that about sums it up!! I hope you have a scintilating Saturday!! Hello and happy Friday!! I was in a car wreck yesterday and even though no major injuries I am very sore so just a short message today.... I learned how quickly your life can change and I was lucky... it reminds me to live each day to it's fullest and appreciate everything I have and do not waste time on things I don't. I am grateful today for my life, my friends, my family, and my health!! Have a great weekend and remember to cheer hard for the Seahawks on Sunday!! Less than 4 days left!! GO HAWKS!!
