We should be patient with other people and tolerant with those who do not believe as we do. Success is a result of intelligent reality based, honest effort and does not depend on luck, dishonest or unethical actions directed towards anyone, friend, acquaintance or stranger. We get out of life exactly what we put into it; therefore we should be careful to conduct ourselves towards others as we would want them to act towards us. We should not slander those whom we do not like. We should forgive those who offend us because we realize that we will sometimes offend others and we will need their forgiveness. Life is too short and there is too much constructive work to be done, values to be created, to justify us ‘striking back’ at everyone that which we do not wish to hear. The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts. Create, never even contemplate destroying.
