Today is day seven on my journey to lose some weight. I weighed myself and measured myself at four points on my body, points that I feel that I carry most of my weight. I'm sharing this with you in hopes that if I tell my friends I won't back down and quit before I get the results I'm looking for... we'll see!
Here are my measurements on day 7:
Height = 5' 11"
Weight = 217LBS
Chest = 42"
Waist = 41"
Hips = 39"
Thigh = 26"
As you can see I've lost 10LBS !!!!
Yesterday for breakfast I Had 4 Fried eggs, 4 pieces of toast… DRENCHED in Butter… hash browns and 2 glasses of OJ..
This morning I Just had one bagel.. Drenched in Butter (NOT LOWFAT) and for Dinner I'm thinking catfish… MMMMMM
I feel great, and can actually see my body changing… Also a big change… I haven't had a single headache at all in the last 7 days (I used to get moderate to severe headaches everyday) as well I haven't had any heart burn in the last 7 days…
Even after one week (7 days) I can see the benefits of what I'm doing. As you know I have a 4 week old son and I know its cliché, but after I met my son, my life really changed.
Let me tell you, I was going down a terrible path. But I can tell you this change I've made in my life has been easy and instantly beneficial. I was noticing changes the very first day.
I hope this keep moving in the same direction!!! Next check in on day 13.
