Happy to see you,
I hope this blog finds you well.
Today's my eldest birthday
Happy Birthday Son!
Which kinda ties into the whole magical theme ...
Being that watching the birth of my
children has to be among the most
magical experiences I've ever witnessed.
I feel that 'magic' has more meaning
than the 'illusions' that the
word itself is associated with.
To me magic is the things that AWE you ...
The unexpected endings even
The goose bumps you feel while spectating nature
is as magical as those you pay to see:
Not discounting the magic that entertainment provides.
But looking out and gazing into a rising sun every morning
has provided me with magical moments for years.
As does a sunset
-or-
A crazy storm blowing in ...
With those displays wondrous
moments of a light show
mixed with natures percussion
playing a lullaby upon a roof top.
I also think there is magic in
the chemistry between people:
Who can deny those sparks that are formed as magical
when you kiss that certain someone -it's magic!
Is it not magic when you 'know'
that a loved one needs you?
Having a bond with the loved ones -
knowing you HAVE to see them
In all I look at the magical things
Giving Life
Living Life
Loving in Life
Exploring Life itself.
eh, I often trail off on a philosophic subject.
I'll leave that here

The Sunrise
The sunset
Kind of a lot of ways to look at both,
Some can take the question as:
Is the glass half empty or half full?
Type question -or- As just face value

My tunes for today ...
Gosh -
Sometimes when I start looking for stuff,
Its fun to run into other songs too.
But the videos of those days are classic.
(funny in so many ways)
I had many tunes going threw my head with 'magic'
in the title or a magical theme ...
Most were late 70's - 80's tunes.
So I watched a lot of bad hairdos & flashy clothes
with somewhat cheesy bubblegum rock mixed in.
Why do they always embarrass me but
At the same time give me such a warm feeling?
*shakes head*
