Although it's true you can't fight progress, I'm going to take some time to feel a little blue.. my daughter is moving to Alabama on Wednesday with her family, my three grandkids and her husband.
We went out to dinner tonight and I gave it my best effort to enjoy the time that I had with them, but I'm feeling selfish and wish they weren't leaving.
They are all so happy to be leaving the cold and snow of Erie, and have purchased their first home, so I'm very happy for them. My daughter quit work and will be breeding and selling dogs.. chiquahas and rotts, for now. Her husband was able to transfer from his job at Staples and they're going to be doing well there.
So this is my vent and I guess I'll be visiting Alabama soon :) I can't stay away from the grandkids for that long.
