Well, this is my first blog.Its now officially Christmas day...a couple minutes past midnight, i`m on my own and thought i`d do this before i go to sleep.
Just worked a 9 day stretch, then on my day off yesterday, cat limping badly..took to the vets,sedated and x-rayed...cruciate ligaments gone to pot!Has to be cage rested for 6 weeks!!!Cos he`s 12 years old, may not get better, may have to amputate his leg!!!!!!!!!!Have to see.
Dog has just opened her present, well one of them...hid doggy chocolate in the wrapping, and yeah..she shredded the parcel in her greed to get at it!lol.One happy dog with a new teddy!!!haha.
Just sent texts to my 2 kids who are staying in a beautiful old Mill in the country...auntie has come over from Australia , rented the place for a couple weeks...and its open house to all family....took my son up there yesterday..(horrendous journey back....thick fog ).daughter already there..wondering what they are doing and knowing they will have the most fabulous time.Son is a born entertainer, who loves to make people laugh...so i`m sure he will be in his element with a captive audience!( and his sister egging him on)lol....AND there is a minstrels gallery..so he will have his own stage.He`s back tonight though as he has to work Boxing day, same shift as me.
Well its getting late now...animals are all asleep, and i have an early start..work at 7am, till 9pm!!!Looking forward to a fun day.Great team on with me so it`s not all bad!lol
