I did dress up however I don't feel passionate.This one was wayyy off.All I feel is tired.I will see what happens after I have my dose of caffeine

Simple Pot Roast

3 to 4 pound beef roast

1 packet onion soup mix

1 cup beef broth

Pepper

 

 

Season roast with pepper. Place into crock pot. Pour broth over roast. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cook on slow  for 10 hours

1 pint sliced dill pickles, undrained
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour, plus 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons ground red pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
Vegetable oil

Directions

Drain pickles, reserving 2/3-cup pickle juice. Press pickles
Between paper towels. Combine 2/3 cup pickle juice, egg, 1 tablespoon flour, and hot sauce. Stir well and set
Aside.

Combine 1 1/2 cups flour with ground red pepper, garlic powder, salt, and paprika. Blend well. Dip pickles in
Egg mixture, then dredge in flour mixture. Fry coated pickles in 375-degree oil until golden brown

Rub for ribs or meat of choice.Great if you need to double it.I also tried this on turkey wings and grilled them 1 tablespoon granulated garlic powder 4 tablespoons brown sugar ½ tablespoon cumin ½ tablespoon cayenne pepper ½ tablespoon onion powder 1 tablespoon chili powder 1 tablespoon paprika 1 tablespoon salt
Chicken Tenders with Honey Mustard Sauce Peanut or vegetable oil, for frying 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts 3 eggs 1 cup all purpose flour 2 cups panko bread crumbs 1 teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon cayenne ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon pepper Season salt, onion powder and pepper Pound chicken until flat. Season with season salt, onion powder, and pepper. Store in a Ziploc bag overnight. On the following day preheat oil to 350 Cut the chicken into long strips and set aside. Beat the 3 eggs in a separate bowl and measure the flour into another separate dish. Measure the panko into a pie plate or shallow bowl and season with garlic powder, cayenne, salt and pepper. Dip the chicken strips into the flour, the beaten egg, and then dredge them into the seasoned panko. Fry in the hot peanut oil 6 to 8 minutes, until golden brown, and remove to a paper towel lined sheet tray. Serve with honey mustard sauce Honey mustard ½ cup Dijon mustard ½ cup honey 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 tablespoon lemon juice Salt and pepper to taste Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper. The sauce can be held in the refrigerator for a week
Banana Muffins 1 ¼ cups mashed ripe bananas (3 medium) 3 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 large egg 1/3 cup sugar 2 cups bisquick baking mix Heat oven to 400. Grease bottoms only of 12 medium muffin cups, 2 ½ x 1 ¼ inches, with shortening, or line with paper baking cups. Beat bananas, oil, egg and sugar in large bowl until well blended. Stir in baking mix is moistened (batter will be lumpy).Divide batter evenly among muffin cups. Bake about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool muffins in pan 5 minutes; remove from pan to wire
Marinated Grilled Flank Steak 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1 tablespoon grill seasoning, I use Montreal steak by McCormick 1 teaspoon smoked paprika or cumin 2 teaspoons hot sauce 1 tablespoon Worcestershire’s sauce 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil 1 and ½ pounds flank steak Mix garlic, grill seasoning, paprika or cumin, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil in a shallow dish. Place meat in a dish and coat evenly in marinade. I let it marinate for at least 4 hours. Oven night is even better
Baked Beans 2 15 ounce cans pork and beans 8 slices bacon Hot smoked sausage link sliced 1 onion chopped 2 tablespoons ketchup 4 tablespoons dark brown sugar 1 tablespoon worchestshire sauce Preheat oven to 350. Brown bacon and drain. Crumble bacon into pieces. Reserve 1 tablespoon bacon grease. Brown smoke sausage and drain. Sauté onions 4-5 minutes over medium heat. Combine ingredients and pour into a 2 quart casserole. Bake for at least an hour, hour and 15 minutes, depending on preferred thickness
